A recording of the Women in Print webinar entitled “Bridging the Gender Communications Gap” is available for those that missed the event held on 10 June.

The webinar was hosted by Zaidee Jackson, Business Development Manager, Ball & Doggett and featured a panel discussion by Debbie Burgess, Joint Managing Director, Bright Print Group; Katie Ashford, General Manager, Marketing & Communication at Ovato; award-winning designer Kelsey Wade and Kellie Northwood, CEO The Real Media Collective.

The panel examined whether differing approaches to leadership were driven by gender, discussed the progress of the print industry in recent years, and demonstrated how the industry was evolving into using more considerate communication styles, which had been influenced by the increasing number of women and young people working in the industry.
