EFI showcases latest digital printing solutions FESPA 2025

EFI is showcasing its newest roll-to-roll, hybrid, and flatbed LED inkjet printers at the FESPA Global Print Expo. On stand are the EFI VUTEk M3h hybrid, EFI Pro 30f+ flatbed, EFI VUTEk Q3h XP hybrid, and EFI VUTEk X3r roll-to-roll LED printers designed to help print producers drive business growth with high-margin capabilities, new opportunities, and greater profitability.

“FESPA is where vision meets possibility, and we’re here to help our customers see what’s next,” says Todd Zimmerman, CRO of EFI. “We’re delivering the versatility, image quality, and production-level performance our customers need to stay competitive and profitable. Our newest technology, showcased at our booth, was developed to help businesses lead with confidence in a fast-moving market. Our EFI experts are ready to meet with visitors, understand their unique needs, and recommend the right solutions to help them succeed.”

The 3.2-metre wide EFI VUTEk M3h hybrid flatbed/roll-fed LED printer is designed for print providers looking to make the move to higher-volume, production-level printing to reduce costs, take on more jobs, and turn them faster. The VUTEk M3h hybrid printer handles board, sheet, or rolled media up to 5.08 cm thick, allowing print businesses to explore new materials and/or applications and differentiate their offering without compromising print quality or productivity. Four colours plus white, multilayer printing up to five layers in a single pass, and its optional clear ink allow print providers to produce higher-value applications, helping them gain new customers, increase volume from existing ones, and improve profitability.

Another highlight at EFI’s booth is the new EFI Pro 30f+ flatbed LED printer, which builds on the legacy of its predecessor by offering even greater versatility and efficiency. This true flatbed printer features a large 3.05 x 2.04 metre printable area with bleed printing and can handle media up to 10 cm thick. The Pro 30f+ printer is equipped with EFI’s industry-leading white ink, up to five-layer printing in a single pass and new high-performance ProGraphics+ Series UV LED inks. Optional clear ink offers dual properties, enhancing an image to add extra pop to colours or special effects to graphics and providing protective qualities. The result is more capabilities to print a broader range of applications at a lower cost per print for users.

EFI is also demonstrating the high-speed VUTEk Q3h XP hybrid and VUTEk X3r roll-to-roll LED printers at FESPA. The VUTEk Q3h XP printer offers high-quality imaging, versatile production-level printing, and advanced media handling and automation options. The 3.5-metre VUTEk X3r printer, engineered for the high-volume production of indoor and outdoor applications, features integrated automation, software, and hardware to support full-shift unattended printing, deliver a complete print-to-finished-graphic workflow system, and take image quality to production-level speeds to a new level.

EFI’s stand at FESPA 2025 features dedicated textile and packaging areas, where visitors can explore EFI’s innovation for these markets on interactive touchscreen kiosks and see what’s possible with various high-quality applications on display.  A dedicated applications gallery showcases samples and unique applications produced on EFI printers across different segments to inspire guests with the quality, versatility, and innovation that EFI delivers.

“We’re not just bringing equipment to FESPA – we’re bringing opportunities,” Zimmerman said. “We’ve designed an experience to help visitors see what’s possible with EFI technology today and imagine how they can take their business even further tomorrow. Whether it’s breakthrough applications, new revenue streams, or operational efficiencies, EFI is here to help them succeed.”
