ePS Achieves SOC 2 Type 1 and ISO 27001:2022 Certifications

eProductivity Software (ePS) has announced two major security milestones: the successful completion of its Service Organisation Control (SOC) 2 Type 1 attestation and its ISO 27001:2022 certification across operations in the United States, the United Kingdom, and India. The company says the achievements reinforce its commitment to delivering secure, compliant, and cloud-ready solutions for packaging and print manufacturers worldwide.

The independent SOC 2 Type 1 audit validates that ePS has implemented a comprehensive set of controls designed to protect customer data and ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of its systems. Developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the SOC 2 framework is an international standard for evaluating an organisation’s internal controls aligned to the Trust Services Criteria (TSC).

The ePS SOC 2 Type 1 attestation covers the Security principle, confirming that systems are safeguarded against unauthorised access, misuse, and other risks.
The company has also achieved ISO 27001:2022 certification for its Information Security Management System (ISMS) across three locations worldwide: the United States, the United Kingdom, and India.
“Achieving SOC 2 Type 1 and ISO 27001:2022 certification reflects our continued investment in a cloud-first security posture and the governance needed to support our global customer base,” said Scott Brown, CIO,

ePS. “These milestones validate the strength of our security program and underscore the trust customers place in ePS to safeguard their data while powering their operations.”
ISO 27001:2022 is one of the world’s most widely recognised information security standards. This certification confirms that ePS applies consistent, audited security practices across design, development, hosting, and operational processes for its global cloud solutions.

Achieving this certification demonstrates: Strong ISMS governance aligned with international best practices, effective risk management and security controls, enhanced assurance for customers evaluating cloud vendors, and a mature and continuously improving security posture

ePS says these milestones add to its EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF) certification and reinforce the company’s commitment to delivering secure and scalable cloud solutions to the industry
“Our cloud strategy is built on trust, resilience, and transparency,” added Brown. “With SOC 2 Type 1, ISO 27001:2022, and DPF certification, we have created a security foundation that supports customers as they accelerate their cloud adoption and digital transformation initiatives.”
