Leapfrog Machinery offers screen printers ability to print customised face masks

Leapfrog Machinery, exclusive distributor in Australia for Vastex International, is offering screen printers the ability to print customised face masks with the innovative new Vastex Face Mask Pallet.

The new pallet offers an opportunity for screen printers to adapt to the changing market and create a new business opportunity – printed face masks offer screen printers a new large volume opportunity with the potential for ongoing option in the medical sector.

“This pallet will enable screen printers to satisfy consumer trends for personalised, stylish apparel on one of the hottest selling items based on the current healthcare situation affecting the World,” says Howard Debney, owner of Leapfrog Machinery.

Easy to use, this pallet has a Quick-Stretch design and enables rapid screen printing on a wide variety of face mask types and styles. It can be easily attached to any Vastex press or other presses with compatible rotar arms.

The Vastex Face Mask Pallet uses Rubber strips of the Quick-Stretch frame, to stretch single- or multi-layer mask material over the diamond shaped, rubber covered pallets, flattening pleats and contours in the imprint area with no shifting or need for pallet adhesive.

Built on a never-warp pallet, constructed of high-strength steel, the Face Mask Pallet includes a convenient holder for the template frame during re-loading of masks.

“Face Mask pallet is yet another example of how Vastex is continually transforming to meet changing demands and is pleased that Leapfrog Machinery is able to extend these innovations to the Australian Market,” adds Howard.
